CANCELLATION POLICIES

Tickets are non-refundable.  Exchanges may be made for another performance in the same calendar year the tickets were purchased.
 

Weather Cancellations

Indiana weather is rarely predictable, so the goal at the Round Barn Theatre is to ALWAYS have the show! If inclement weather is expected, our cancellation policy is listed below.

If the show goes on, but you decide to cancel:
We ask that you wait until the day of the show to see what happens with the weather. If you decide to cancel, call the box office at 574-773-4188 to reschedule your tickets. If you are unable to reschedule, the money paid towards the tickets will go onto your Round Barn Theatre account. Ticket money expires at the end of the calendar year that tickets were purchased.

If the show is cancelled:

As soon as the Round Barn Theatre cancels a show, we will post cancellations on our website and social media accounts. All money paid towards tickets will be placed onto your Round Barn Theatre account for any future purchase, with no fees incurred. If you do not have an email on file, box office staff will call you to let you know of the show cancellation.
